Timed with New York City's heightened focus on fashion, Defining Fashion presents the work of pioneering photographers whose vision and craft shaped the industry from behind the lens. Featuring Richard Avedon, Peter Lindbergh, Robert Mapplethorpe, Arthur Elgort, Horst P. Horst, Helmut Newton, and William Klein, the exhibition honors photographers who didn't merely document fashion, they defined its very identity.
